The company engages in retail, wholesale, and online sales of building materials, renovation, household, interior, electronics, gardening, and leisure products. The partner must have:

  • experience in retail, preferably with similar product sales, and must possess the ability to manage and develop the business, including financial management, understanding the importance of marketing, and customer service;
  • positive reputation in the specific region and customer trust;
  • ability to invest the necessary funds in the establishment and maintenance of the franchise;l
  • willingness to adapt to market changes and new challenges;
  • experience and willingness to work in specific city regions: Aizkraukle, Bauska, Jurmala, Kuldīga, Limbaži, Saldus, Talsi, and Valmiera.

The partner will receive the following support & training:

  • Market research;
  • Business plan development, determining the necessary investment amount according to the specific situation;
  • Assortment development according to the specifics of the particular trading location;
  • Store layout and planogram development;
  • Management of procurement and logistics processes;
  • Sales staff training, knowledge level control and maintenance;
  • Service quality monitoring and interaction with the aim of regular improvement;
